Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Summary

EdgeBar comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you change your mind within 14 days of buying, email us and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

EdgeBar is sold through Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are processed through Paddle, and Paddle's Refund Policy also applies. Where the law gives you a longer right to a refund, that right stays.

Rights the law gives you

Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase, for example a 14-day right in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK, which can be lost once you have started using the software and have agreed to that. These rights apply whatever this page says, and Paddle's policy lists the rules by country.

If EdgeBar does not work

If EdgeBar is faulty, is not as described, or does not work on your Mac, tell us at [email protected] before anything else. We will try to fix it. If we cannot, we will help you get a refund. Please include your Mac model and macOS version.

How to ask for a refund

Within 14 days of purchase, email [email protected] from the address on your receipt and say you would like a refund. After 14 days, or if you prefer, you can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. When a purchase is refunded, the license stops being valid for future use.
